A company with only its own website is harder to trust than a company with a website plus reviews, listings, external mentions, and supporting references elsewhere on the web.

Consistency
Consistency sounds boring, but it is one of the most important parts.
This is about whether your core facts stay stable everywhere:

The same principle applies to AI systems. The “Whose Facts Win?” study mentioned earlier found that LLMs have a measurable preference for repeated, consistent information. Inconsistent information across sources creates knowledge conflicts that reduce model confidence.
Humans are usually good at inferring that “Rosco AI,” “AskRosco,” and “Rosco Labs” might all refer to the same thing.
Models may not be.
